I followed them and I did burn my fat.

In order to  lose body weight  you need to BURN fat.  It is very easy to burn fat if your body uses up more calories than you take in. In the case  you eat more calories than your body can burn throughout the day (and night!), these additional calories are stored in your  body as fat, which is dangerous for your health.

 

Therefore the best burn fat strategies suggest you: 

You need to either reduce your calorie intake, i.e. start a diet OR

Increase your daily activity levels, i.e. start exercising.

 

Doing both YOU will have the best effect on fat burn and reducing body weight! The healthy values of you weight  can be easily calculated by using Body-mass Index Calculator

My way of dieting - my best strategies

 

I tried several diets in the last 10 years. My weight vary 25 kg up and down. I lost weight and than Yo-Yo effect appeared. 

 

But at the end  I won the game. After a lot of experience, research on scientific papers and every-day tests and improvements I found MY way to burn fat. It is simple like 1-2-3...

 

Strategy 1. I start a diet which for this very moment sounds good for me. That means I try to "feel it" or to ask my body: "Do you like this food?" Many diets exist, I tried good amount of them and can honestly tell you: all they work! Therefore you have the chance to select the best for you particular need. Imagine you have a protein diet in front, but it is hot summer: even the idea to eat meat is hard for you! So, in this situation try Tibet's diet or fruit-salad-yogurt diet.

 

Strategy 2. After two weeks I change the diet with a new one. Dieticians know that the body needs about 2 weeks to get used with the new diet and to slow down the metabolism and burning fat. Following my rule No. 1 I select a new diet. After a month or so I can come back to the first diet, but not earlier. I really know that all diets help to lose weight and burn fat. The problem arises after the diet: how to keep your new weight, how to do proper weight management and to convert your everyday life in a healthier lifestyle.

 

Strategy 3. I do cardio-exercises all the time. It is better to start with simple walk - at least 5 km per day. Later on (after 2 months or at least 5 kg less) I can include body-building exercises. Any other cardio can be perfect. I take as a gift any situation I can move , not as "cardio": dance, swim, even the run after the bus...

 

Strategy 4. I teach my body to eat "good" food. No junk food, no high-calories snacks, no fast food, no soda. I take care about my digestion and cholesterol levels (first I needed to learn what is this about...). However, if some day you eat big pizza "Hut" with coke - you don't need to punish yourself - just continue with the special care what you are eating and drinking.

 

Strategy 5.  I take herbal products which decrease my appetite and burn internal fat. It is not necessary you to do this. Many people think pills are dangerous. However, today's pills are different than pills 20 years ago. Pharmacy and medicine with their enormous scientific knowledge behind can help you a lot. However: it is up to you to decide what to do and which product to take. Personally I used Proactol™: suggested me by a friend. However, I added it this product to my program after careful study of all the information about it. Now I can say that it was really perfect for me to do it. In addition I drink at least 3 cups per day green tea.
